1/2 tsp
Bermuda Grass( Arugampul)
1/2 tsp powder(we get powder in nattu marundhu stores)
Butter(vennai)
1/2 spoon
Steps to do:
- Take a pan add 2 glass of water.
- When the water boils add these 3 ingredients in the given quantity.
- When the boiling water get reduce to 1 glass off the stove.
- Now we drink the medicine water.
Its give good results for this issues.
