Home Remedies for Sloth(மந்தம்):
1. Coriander Juice- 1 Glass.
Cumin Powder - 1 spoon.
Salt - As per Required.
* Mix all together and drink it.
Rock Salt

2. Cumin - 1/2 spoon
Dry Ginger - 1 pinch
Coriander seeds - 1/2 spoon
Kulanjan(சித்தரத்தை)- 1/2 Spoon
Lemon Juice - 1 Glass
* Mix all Together and boil for few minutes
*Drink in morning time.

3.பசியை துண்ட:
Lemon Juice - 1 Glass
Cardamon Powder - 1 Pinch.
* Mix all together and drink it.

4. Mint - 1 Cup
Honey - 1 spoon
Lemon Juice - 2 spoon
Salt - As per Required
*Mix all together in water and boil for few minutes.
*Drink in morning time.

5. Dry Ginger - 1/2 spoon
Pepper - 1 pinch
Long pepper (அரிசி திப்பிலி )- 1/2 spoon
* Boil all ingredients in Water and drink it.

6. பசியை துண்ட:
Cumin Powder - 1spoon
Palm Sugar - 1 pinch
* Mix the ingredients and have it.

Pepper - 5 nos
Karisalan kanni spinach - 1 small cup
Honey - 1 spoon
*Make all ingredients like paste consistence and add honey.
*Eat the mixed paste in morning time.

8. Babies மாந்தம்:
* வில்வ பூவை உலர்த்தி தூள் செய்து 2 சிட்டிகை பசும்பாலில் கலந்து கொடுக்க வேண்டும் .
*Dry the Bilva Flower.
*Add Bilva flower powder 2 pinch in Cow milk and give to babies.
